It is absolutely necessary to send the complete form with at least 5 reference images, in addition to ensuring maximum description accuracy to guarantee greater agility in the work process.

Any generic reference provided (not personal to the OC) will not be replicated 100%, it will only be taken as an example for the illustration.

Only 2 complete changes will be accepted during the sketch or outline stage, after that no changes other than color will be made.

You will have a maximum of 10 hours to make changes, after that time I will continue with the commission in the same way it looks at that point.

If you require more changes later, you can pay for the additional changes. These will cost +5€ extra for extra changes or additions.

Note: If I have forgotten any detail, do not hesitate to remind me so I can add it at no cost.

Orders are made in the order of arrival.

I work for two weeks and then rest for another two weeks while I travel, so I will usually report my availability on the slot list.

You can continue to reserve your commission in the closed stage by paying for it, but it will start when I return back.

[TAT] The estimated time is from when the start of your commission is reported, not from when the request is made by the client.

If it takes longer, the client will be notified of the delay and the reason for it.

You can pay an additional fee of 50% of your commission to advance your order and thus reduce the waiting time by half.

Payments will be made in full when requesting a space on my commission list or a minimum of 50% before and the other 50% after confirmation of the sketch, otherwise your commission will not be processed (You must request it if you want it 50-50).

You have three days to pay it after the sketch is made and confirmed, otherwise your order will be automatically canceled.

In that case, your commission will be sold as a prefabricated product on my prefabricated products page.
