◦  Do  not  claim / copy / modify / share  / steal / NFT / AI. 
I own the creative rights to all my art and designs.
I do NOT allow my work to be used, listed, or minted as NFTs.
You cannot use my art to feed to AI or use it in any blockchain-related technology.

◦  All  artwork  is  for  personal  use  only unless Commercial use is purchased.
◦ Commercial (Monetized): Streaming / content use, prices will charge x3 of the base price.
All commissions are digital art and will not be physically shipped to the commissioner.

◦  No  refunds. All sales are final.
I  accept  PayPal  only  in  USD  currency.
You cannot request a refund after the commission / premade PNG file has been sent.
I do not allow any refunds, unless I don't deliver my art on time or I decide I can't do the commission / request of changes.
If there is any issue where I get a chargeback for anything other than the reason mentioned, you lose all rights to my drawing. 
I have the rights to edit the artwork and sell to new buyers, and do as I please. I have every right to file a complaint and blacklist.

◦ Asking for major changes on the finished art will cost a fee. 
Minor changes are fine, such as details I may have missed or forgotten! 
Major revisions (re-sketching/re-drawing of parts or whole) won’t be entertained after approval of sketch preview.

◦  Credit  me  as  the  artist  anywhere  you  use  my  artwork.

I have the right to post finished works in my social networks and portfolio unless you have paid for privacy.

The retext fee is included in the price. Price can't be more than what you paid.
